Cancellation
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE ARE HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE AT A TIME THAT IS MORE CONVENIENT FOR YOU. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT APPOINTMENTS BOOK QUICKLY, SO IT MAY BE CHALLENGING TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN A SHORT TIME FRAME.
CLIENTS THAT FAIL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHOUT 24 HOURS' NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THEIR MISSED APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE MISSED WITH FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE (NO CALL/NO SHOW) WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THEIR SERVICE(S).
