Our wish is that you love your Evolve or Dye purchase and enjoy it for many seasons to come. If you find yourself wanting to return or exchange your purchase, email us at beth@evolveordye.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive back at the Evolve or Dye studio within 20 days of your purchase date. Your return must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges must be of equal value and will be processed using the same criteria as above. No store credit will be given. Shipping will be due for the new item upon the processing of the item being exchanged.

All final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged.
