If you need to cancel your appointment, we are happy to reschedule at a time that is more convenient for you. Please be aware that appointments book quickly, so it may be challenging to reschedule within a short timeframe. Clients that fail to cancel or reschedule without 24 hours' notice will be charged in full for their missed appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes after their appointment or later will be asked to reschedule and charged 100% of their  scheduled service(s).

Please do not come to the salon sick. Visiting the salon while you are sick directly exposes everyone in the space to your illness. If you think you're getting sick or are sick, please reschedule your appointment. Stay home, hydrate, and rest. Come back when you're feeling better!

Your appointment time is for your self care. Please leave your human and fur children at home so we can focus on you. We are unable to monitor your child's safety in the salon.

Hair Services

Beth's approach to color is dimensional and truly custom, incorporating various techniques (balayage, foilyage, babylights, root smudging, etc.) depending on your specific hair type. She'll discuss with you your specific hair goals, what's achievable while maintaining your hair's integrity, and how to properly care for it at home.

DOS AND DON'TS

DO arrive with clean (shampooed within the last 36 hours), dry, detangled hair in the way you normally style it. This allows me to assess the shape of your existing cut and texture.

DON'T bring your dirty hair to a color appointment - follow the above protocol.

DO bring slightly dirty (no shampoo within the last 24 hours) hair to on-scalp lightening/full-on bleaching services. Your scalp's oils will protect your skin.

DON'T forget to send any inspo beforehand via IG/email, or bring it with you the day of!

Nail Services

Paige's services turn your claws and paws from drab to fab. Gel-X is perfect for the client who wants to add length. It's gel-based, so it's gentle on your nails. They're a great way to protect your nails while they grow, or get a fresh Gel-X set when you're due for another appointment! Builder gel is recommended for most natural nail clients. It helps reinforce the nail, which prevents chipping and breakage.

DOS AND DON'TS

DO oil your cuticles at least once a day.

DON'T use your nails to open things. Remember - nails are jewels, not tools!

DO relax at your appointment. Don't worry about 'helping' me with your hand positions - let me lead you. I will let you know how and when to move your hands/feet out of the curing lamp.

DON'T dig in your bag, touch your hair, or wear fuzzy clothing during your appointment.
